While trying my hand at peanut and nut free cakes, I decided to give gluten-free a whirl as well. And I must say, the results were delicious! My kids loved the gluten-free version of my cakes just as much as the peanut and nut free version (although even the gluten-free version was made peanut and nut free).
I LOVE Tiffany & Co. It is one of my favorite indulgences, and I’m not sure what I like better…their trinkets and jewelry or their divine blue and white gift boxes. Hence the inspiration for my cake…
To make this gluten-free version of the recipes listed in my previous post, only the cake recipe will change. I used King Arthur’s gluten-free baking flour in place of regular all-purpose flour and I used just slightly less than the recipe called for. The icing recipes should remain unchanged.
