The Warm Kitchen by Amy Fothergill: A Cookbook Review

I had the pleasure of meeting cookbook author Amy Fothergill at the 2016 Austin Gluten-Free Food Allergy Fest (GFFAF) in April.  We actually shared the GFFAF blogger and author booth where I loved getting to meet so many new faces from Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.

I’m so thankful for the opportunity to get to know Amy and bring her beautiful cookbook, The Warm Kitchen, home to cook with.

The Warm Kitchen Cookbook

Aside from the delicious sounding gluten-free recipes that make the mouth water, of my favorite things about this cookbook is the amazing photography.  (Fun fact is that not all the photos are professional- some were actually taken by her kids and family!)

Although the cookbook primarily features gluten-free recipes, many of the recipes can be tweaked to make them more allergen-friendly.  In fact, more than 150 of the recipes offer dairy and egg substitutions.

Looking for a way to step-up your gluten-free cooking and baking this summer?  The Warm Kitchen might be just the thing you are looking for.
